Courses
The Learning Center provides basic to advanced training for V93000 SOC, V93000 HSM and V5000 Series test systems.

Provides hands on experience with the PinScale HX high speed test solution. Students learn to setup and debug high speed devices using Advantest HX hardware and software. Pattern and loopback modes are covered at speeds up to 12.8 Gbps. |
