The V5000 Series has been discontinued and is replaced by the V6000 Memory test system.
Advantest recommends the V6000 as the next platform for Flash memory and DRAM Test, the Model V6000 WS for multi-die probing of memory wafers and the Model V6000 FT for specification/final testing of both Flash memory and DRAM products.
The Advantest V6000 WS and V6000 FT are supported by the V6000e Engineering and Programming Work Station.
