As of October 31, 2005, the 84000 RFIC Series test systems have been discontinued. The 84000 is replaced by the V93000 SOC Series test system which combines superior RFIC measurement capability with industry leading digital and mixed signal measurement capabilities. The V93000 is able to address the end-to-end testing challenges of RF alone or RF integrated into SOC and SIP devices.
