The Verigy InstaPin hardware licensing offers per-pin licenses, which enable different speed and memory performance levels of Pin Scale and HSM digital cards. License Server: Because all Pin Scale licenses are floating licenses, at least one FLEXnet license server is required to host licenses and provide them to V93000 SOC Tester clients.

Verigy Web Login: FLEXnet license server software and emergency manufacturing licenses are made available 24x7 on the Verigy web site, but require login for access.

Familiarity with FLEXnet License Utility (lmutil): Control of FLEXnet license server(s), and simple management of the licenses on the server, require the FLEXnet license utility (lmutil) which is made available with the FLEXnet license server software.
