| Q: How would you describe yourself, and what motivates and energizes you in your professional life? |
| A: Before I joined Verigy (HP) as a sales engineer, I just enjoyed my engineering job only. Verigy gave me a lot of opportunity to learn different values of life and to meet variety of people who has different backgrounds and cultures. Meeting people means learning something new to me and this pleasure of knowing someone new is one of the key energizers in my life. |

| Q: What do you love about your job or what do you find the most rewarding? |
| A: Each time I succeed in selling our solution I feel I that I have contributed not only to Verigy's success but also to the customer's success. The feeling of growing with company is biggest rewards to me. |

| Q: What is unique about your role? How is it different from other places you’ve worked? |
| A: I think the role of a sale representative is very similar to that of a basketball coach. I need to set up winning strategies based on the analysis of competitor's strength and weakness, and then make a decision with whom I play or co work. This gives me a lot of stress too but it makes me feel alive. |
