| Q: Why did you choose Verigy? |
| A: I wanted to build a successful ATE career, which is why I joined the company. |
| Q: What is unique about your role? |
| A: As a Field Engineer at Verigy, the scope of my job is very broad and requires using my expertise and knowledge to make many decisions. It requires a combination of skills: strategic thinking, some marketing and sales skills as well as in-depth knowledge of Verigy systems. I’m also able to grow my abilities and knowledge through my job. |
| Q: How would you describe the corporate culture? |
| A: I’ve worked at several companies but Verigy’s culture is very unique, advanced and better than the others I know. Verigy employees place importance on their personal lives – it’s not all about work. |

| A: I started my career in sales by chance, but my prior AE background and sales experience helped me to reach my current position. |

| A: Currently, I’m working on new technology using one of our platforms, with good results to date. |

| A: I want to be a branch manager first and part of Verigy management later on. |

| A: In my case, I put importance of life and work half and half. Actually, the job comes first but I try to keep a balance between the two. |
