Q: How would you describe yourself, and what motivates and energizes you in your professional life?

A: I'm a warm-hearted and kind person, and I'm diligent and serious-minded in my work. What motivates and energizes me in my professional life is recognition from my colleagues and managers, the coaching and help I receive from my managers, and the development opportunities available to me at Verigy.

Q: How do you think the people at Verigy differ from other places you’ve worked?

A: Most colleagues are quite open-minded. they really listen to and consider different opinions. Most colleagues are also very professional: they can work independently and collaboratively, they follow up using well-defined working processes, and they identify what is not working and take corrective actions quickly and actively. Managers care about employees not only in work but also in life.

Q: What is most challenging about your job?

A: Collaborating with different people from different teams and sites.
