Q: How would you describe yourself, and what motivates and energizes you in your professional life?

A: I am passionate about my job and the people that I am working with. I am a curious and perseverant character, interested in finding out why and what is the corresponding solution. Helping my colleagues professionally gives me a true sense of accomplishment.

Q: How would you describe the corporate culture? What do you like most about it?

A: Team work and respect - not characterizing individual heroism. Rather, each person in a team has their own roles and responsibilities and their own domain of expertise. Managers consult and communicate with employees before making their business decisions.
