Our processes are designed to identify the best skills, experience, knowledge and culture match that will ensure a long term successful partnership.
Once you have found the right career match you will login and apply online. The online application process should take about 15 minutes. After you apply online and we receive your information, a recruiter will review your background, experience and education within 2 to 3 weeks.
Qualified candidates will be promptly contacted to interview onsite or by phone. Once scheduled you will participate in our interview process and complete our interview documents. The interview process and interview documents will vary based on the country you are interviewing in.
A second round interview will typically follow a successful first round. After that for successfully candidates, the offer process typically begins. You will receive various forms to be completed with your offer letter. Upon acceptance of your offer in most countries a background check will be conducted and we will begin preparing for your first day.
Notice to Staffing Agencies: Verigy will not accept resumes from staffing agencies, recruiters or headhunters which have not signed a recruiting agreement. Therefore any resume submitted from an unapproved agency will be considered unsolicited and Verigy will not be obligated to pay a referral fee. Once an agreement has been finalized, any resumes must be submitted directly to the Staffing team.
